Let's start all over, again.

In a little over a week, Aaron will be leaving to go to Air Assault school.
Which means that he will be eating MRE's daily while he's in the field.
No.Good.
Here's our menu for this week:

Chicken Tandoori with Steamed White Rice
Meaty Quesadillas with Guacamole dip and Chips
Fancy Grilled Cheese and French Fries
Fried Chicken Breasts with Mashed Potatoes and Stove Top Mac-n-Cheese
Potato Crusted Pork Chops with Pesto Sauce, CousCous and Green Beans

Haha Aaron asked me the same thing....deli ham, alvocado, and a little sauce. Also, instead of regular American or Velveeta, we're going to use provolone. I got the recipe from Food Network Magazine...they didn't call it that, but that's what I'm calling it.

AH!! I just bought the BEST cookbook at Sam's Club for $8 called "Budget Meals" or something and it is AWESOME. I have almost every page marked off and I'm a picky eater. It has super good recipes and tips. Seriously- I am probably going up there again this weekend to pick up 5 for friends- I can totally pick you one up!!

Sounds so good, your menu and I can't a thing of it. My menu is chicken and veggies all week. I've lost 12 lbs in 4 weeks and am on my 5th week now, hoping to loss at least 3lbs this week. I don't think it's going to happen.

What I really want is a double cheese burger with bacon, large fries and vanilla shake. 3 slices of peperonni pizza and a grilled cheese.
