Day 24: Whatever tickles your fancy
I got a job as a color guard instructor at a high school that one of my friends is the band director at. I am a little nervous, but mostly excited to get back into it. It doesn't pay much, and I'm hoping I can get a second job, but I think it's something I will really enjoy. And, at least I'll be getting out of the house!

OK- what the fuck is color guard? Our school was too cool for that. All of our cheerleaders were high on drugs and/or drunk so I think the athletic department stopped there for groups showing school spirit.
But YAY for a job!! :)
Color guard is the flag core for marching band!
Congrats on the color guard position... our high schools color guard was terrible, but I'm sure yours will be great!
